FY2025  C.I. HOLDINGS REPORTED REVENUE OF RM 4.782 BILLION, PRE-TAX PROFIT RM119.39 MILLION

Amir Nashrin (30), son of Plantations and Commodities Minister, Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, is Executive Director of Main Board listed CI Holdings Berhad, a company controlled by his father. He was appointed to the post of ED on 6 March 2024. Amir holds a 1st Class (Hons) Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, U.K. Between 2014-2017 he worked at EY Malaysia and KPMG Malaysia. Amir is also a board member of KUB Malaysia Berhad (KUB) and its subsidiary, Central Cables Berhad (CCB). CCB manufactures power cables and wires. Amir's rise in the corporate world has begun.

CI Holdings is involved in marketing, branding and merchandising of various consumer-packed edible oil products in the domestic and international market, and trading in tap and sanitary ware products. For FYE 2024 it achieved revenue of RM3.9 billion and profit after tax of RM117.1million. KUB's key business is its LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Division which contributed 88% of group revenue (RM488.6 million) in FY2024 via Solar Gas Sdn. Bhd. Total revenue was RM550.33 million and profit before tax was RM45.4 million.
