FY2025 DIALOG RECORDED REVENUE RM2.501 BILLION NET PROFIT AFTER TAX RM309.7 MILLION

Tan Sri Dr. Ngau Boon Keat (77) remains at the driving seat of Dialog Group, a company he founded in 1984 and listed in 1996. Tan Sri Ngau is a professional engineer with more than 53 years of experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He began his career in 1972 as a Refinery Engineer with Mobil Singapore Pte Ltd and then came back to Malaysia to join the pioneer team at PETRONAS (1975-1980). The entrepreneurial spirit in him and the energy world potential he saw while working at PETRONAS led him to venture out into the O&G industry. Today Dialog Group is the 2nd largest terminal owner-cum-operator in the Asia Pacific region. For FYE 30 June 2025 Dialog Group reported revenue of RM2.501 Billion and net profit after tax of RM309.7 million. The Group's vision is to be the leading integrated technical service provider to the energy sector, in Malaysia and internationally.

Tan Sri Ngau and his wife, Puan Sri Jean Ngau co-founded the MyKasih Foundation in 2009 which operates a scheme called "Love My Neighbourhood" and focuses on assisting low-income families in Malaysia through food aid and education. The neighbourhood theme is close to the heart of Tan Sri Ngau for he never forgot how his neighbours helped him when he was going through difficult times. He realised that most people in their down time just need someone to pull them through so that they can get back on their feet again. MyKasih began in 2008 with extending help to 25 families in Selayang. It has since disbursed more than RM280 million worth of food aid to households needing help and this is done in collaboration with various like minded organisations. MyKasih adopts a proprietary e-payment system that allows recipients to buy essential food items using their national identity card. The Government's SARA programme is powered by this cashless system.

Tan Sri Ngau's son, Wu Wei and daughter, Sue Ngau, have been involved in the business of the Dialog Group since 2007. Wu Wei (48) was appointed MD of Dialog Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd in April 2021 which oversees international business operations and the Specialist Products and Services Division. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Canterbury, a Bsc in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was a Sloan Fellow. Sue Ngau (47) was appointed as ED of Corporate Services in June 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne anda Master of Information Management and Systems from Monash University, Australia. She is an Associate Member of CPA Australia and MIA.
