TOP GLOVE ACHIEVES REVENUE OF RM3.5 BILLION AND PAT RM123 MILLION FOR FY2025

Succession in place at Top Glove Corporation Berhad as founder's son, Lim Jin Feng, 39, appointed Joint MD effective 1 April 2026. Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai and his wife, Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee co-founded Top Glove in 1991 and built it to become the world's largest manufacturer of gloves with 51 factories operating in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Puan Sri Tong retired from the Board in 2022. Tan Sri Lim is Executive Chairman and continues to lead the Group. For FY2025 Top Glove posted revenue of RM3.5 Billion and PAT of RM123 million with sales growth up in USA, Europe and Asia.

Jin Feng, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, has been with the Group since January 2011. His last senior management position was Director of Marketing in February 2025 before his present post to the top level. Jin Feng is a Committee member of the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association. His father, Tan Sri Lim probably waited till the previous MD, Lim Cheong Guan turned 60 before elevating his son to the Joint MD post, a big jump from Director of Marketing in key senior management level. Jin Feng was not even on the board of Top Glove before this new post. Cheong Guan served the group for 20 years from 2005 when he joined as Group FC and then MD on 1 Aug 2022. His retirement on 31  March 2026 is to make way for the Next Gen to lead the Group. He however remains as Corporate Director. The other Joint MD is Ng Ng Yong Lin, 40, who joined the Group in 2009 as a Manufacturing Engineer and rose to COO and ED.

Tan Sri Lim launched his new biography titled "Must Know, Must Do, Must Teach" on 18 Dece 2025. He tells of his journey from a family that owned a small rubber plantation in Negeri Sembilan to founding and leading Top Glove to what it is today.
