ABRDN HOLDING BUYS 5% STAKE IN FRESH FARM

Successful home grown premium ice cream brand Inside Scoop was acquired by Farm Fresh Berhad in February 2023. It was a welcome move that a Malaysian controlled company bought the controlling stake in Inside Scoop and not a PE fund or outsider. 

PE funds are eyeing successful local brands and have acquired significant stakes in Malaysian food and health enterprises.
